 Using modern technology, our friends at IA New Media can digitally restore
those cherished memories. Family Photographs can be, repaired,
retouched, copied, enhanced or resized, all without harming
the original print. Old faded black and white photographs
can be reproduced, printed and copied to CD.
Your original photo will not be altered in any way. It is
copied and the copy is restored. We will return your original
photograph, a copy print and the original and new copy on
CD.

Terms and Conditions
Receipt of your original photographs
IA New Media cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your
original photographs occurring either in transit or during
postage. You are advised to send your photographs by recorded
delivery and obtain a signature as proof of posting. Alternatively
copy your photos on to CD at a high dpi (300 dpi or more,
preferably the highest setting) It is also advisable to insure
your photographs, as any loss could be unrecoverable if the
original negatives are not available.
Delivery
All original photographs will be returned by recorded delivery
under separate cover to the completed order or hand collected
and delivered where appropriate.
Quality
We will endeavour to match image quality and colour (where
necessary) as closely as possible to the original photograph.
As with all digital images, the picture is made up of tiny
dots and not continuous tones as with a photograph printed
from film. Old photos may be too faded or damaged, however
IA New Meida will contact you with alternatives e.g. a persons
face can be restored taking an image from other photos.
To ensure longevity of the image, you are advised to keep
all digital images under glass and away from direct sunlight
where possible. (You may want to save your photos on disk
at a high dpi)
Copyright
By entering into a contract with IA New Media and by
requesting their services, you are assumed to own the full
copyright, or have obtained permission to use the photographic
image to be manipulated.
You, the customer, will be held liable for any violation
of copyright taken by a third party.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque or Postal Order, payable to
Internet Architechs Limited and must be received with your order. Work
can only commence upon receipt of the full payment. If you
are unsatisfied with the work we will issue a full refund.
Please do not send cash through the post.
Guarantee
Goods damaged during delivery must be returned with the
original packaging before any replacements can be dispatched.
In all events and circumstances, the limit of OldOppos Limited
liability is restricted to the value of replacement materials
only.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
